Maximus Productions has embarked on a major production partnership with playwright Mark Wheeller, who is one of the UK's leading authors of plays for schools.

Maximus Productions has just completed filming for a compilation 'author's cut' DVD of Mark's best loved plays. The project is a collaboration between Maximus, Mark, Danny Sturrock (another successful schools playwright & multi media producer) & the Oasis Accademy Lordshill.

Maximus Productions first worked with Mark, Danny & the Academy (formally known as Oaklands School) on the ASB? Not Me! DVD for Southampton City Council.

Maximus Productions undertook filming of two live performances & a specially staged studio shoot & will produce the project. Mark Wheeller is Executive Producer & Danny Sturrock will edit the piece & encode the DVD.

Post production will be ongoing until autumn 2010 when it is expected the finished DVD will go on sale to schools, colleges & youth theatres throughout the UK
